SECTION1第一部分
A54-year-oldmanpresentedwithpainintheleftchestfor3days.Hismedicalhistorywasremarkableforhyperlipidemiamanagedwithdietandstatin.Hedeniedtobaccosmokingandconsumptionofalcohol.Physicalexaminationwasunrevealing.Thepatientwasdiagnosedwithanadenocarcinomaofthelungharboringanepidermalgrowthfactorreceptor(EGFR)mutationthatmetastasizedtoT2-T4levels.HewastreatedwithradiotherapyanddexamethasonefollowedbyGefitinib.
